Hey guys!

It was the first night of Jack and the Technicoloured Beanstalk last night! I have to say; it went really well! The whole cast and crew did a great job – great work all round! 

Unfortunately my camera has official given up the ghost. So rather than being the ‘camera guy’, I’ve been given a new duty ‘the spotlight guy’. Which was kind of a last minute thing, but nonetheless it was still pretty cool to get some lighting experience (as you can see in the image above). Hopefully I’ll be getting my hands on a temporary camera tonight; so we have at least one show in the bank; ready for transition to a full-blown DVD release (hopefully before christmas?).

There will be another showing tonight at 7pm, which as far as I know – is sold out. Although; don’t fret, it’s not too late! There is a double showing tomorrow at the Newbridge Memorial Center, so be sure to get your hands on some tickets if you haven’t already! 

Just thought I’d put this post out to let you know why there hasn’t been many updates; there’s been a lot of preparation going on towards this project; my actual project (Re:view ep1 has an EXTREMELY rough cut shot, edited and ready for upload!) and my university work. Been cracking on with university work; my group assignment is due in just before christmas and so far everythings on track and going really well! 

I’ll make another post on Sunday letting you know how it all went throughout the next few showings, and possibly a little teaser a few days after that for the first episode of Re:view (no promises though; university work first!)
